Who is your perfect client?
I enjoy working with spiritually open-minded individuals who want to get to the core of their issues and do the work that it takes to change their lives for the better.
How do you work with clients?

A typical session from me would involve the client discussing what issues are on their mind. From there, we will see where the emotions reside within the body. I will use grounding meditation to achieve this, allowing the client to focus on where the emotions are within the body. This approach helps get to the core of why the feelings are there.

Suppose a client has difficulty focusing on the mind-body connection for themselves. In that case, we use intuitive therapy. This approach will allow me to tell them what I am intuitively picking up on the emotional and physical level, why it’s there, any occurring patterns, and how to help release it. Then, I will help remove it through the energy healing session.

What kind of groups do you have in your practice?
I offer a women’s healing and empowerment group. This group is primarily for women who hold on to trauma and unhealthy patterns in life. The group gives them support and insight on how to help release and heal traumas, harmful practices, and trapped emotions.
Is there homework during a session?
Yes, I often give homework that includes ways to cope and grounding meditations to do at home.
Are you a licensed therapist?
Yes, I have my license for mental health counseling, and I’m also a licensed massage therapist.
How long have you been in practice?
I have been a licensed massage therapist for 18 years and an intuitive therapist with a master’s degree for 12 years. I received my license in mental health counseling in the past couple of years to help individuals who need my therapy to come more frequently and have their sessions paid for by insurance.
What is your educational background?

I have studied and conducted research on holistic medicine for 25 years and worked with a medical intuitive for four years. I have a master’s degree from Salve Regina University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Rhode Island.

I received my massage therapy degree from Dovestar Institute in Massachusetts and became licensed after receiving the degree. I also have practiced for 25 years as a certified reflexologist. I am a self-taught energy healer guided by a medical intuitive and chakra balancing practitioner.

Do you prescribe any medications?
No, I will provide the DSM 5 diagnosis, and your primary care physician or psychiatrist needs to prescribe the medication.
What are your strengths as a therapist?
I look at the whole body, mind, body, and spirit. I have done years of this treatment on myself and still do, so I know it works. And lastly, I combined traditional therapy with holistic treatments that release layers of trauma so that the client gets the best overall treatment to help them begin to heal all areas of their being.
Is your furniture comfortable, and do I lie on a couch?
Yes, my furniture is comfortable; you’ll be sitting in a very comfortable chair for most of the session. In the second half of the session, you will be lying on a massage table to receive the energetic healing. Both are very comfortable, and the massage table is heated.
Am I allowed to ask personal questions?
Yes. If it is important to your session, then sure, why not.
Since you're intuitive, are you a medium?
Yes. Sometimes, a client’s family members who have passed to the other side want to make themselves known or give a message. They mainly show up with grieving clients.
Do you have pets? Cats or dogs?
Yes. I have two cats and two dogs. They are not allowed in the office, but they sometimes try to say hello by peering around the corner and looking through the windows.
