Therapeutic Massage Therapy:
Deep Tissue and Relaxation
How does your physical body feel? Is it sore and in pain from trauma or overwork, or is it stiff, tight, or unable to move? Are you just feeling sluggish, tired, and heavy? Whatever the reason, your body is not where you would like it to be.
Massage therapy can help. This therapy reduces stress, increases relaxation, reduces pain, trauma, and muscle soreness, improves circulation and immune function, and detoxes your body. You can find soothing and comfort in your body again through massage and begin to feel like a whole new you.
The type of massage I offer is a therapeutic massage, incorporating deep tissue or relaxation techniques. Therapeutic massage also encompasses a holistic approach that includes energy healing, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology.
I gear the session for each client’s benefit. Treatments include deep tissue, Swedish, Sports and Injury, and Pregnancy massage.

Energy healing is a way for your body, mind, and spirit to become restored to your true self.
We are all made of energy, and all things in life and the universe connect through energy.
Our actual energy is pure and vibrant; however, when we face different emotions, traumas, or past feelings that reoccur, negative emotions can become stored within our body and affect our physical health.
Vibrant healing light becomes channeled through the practitioner through energy healing, releasing these negative and trapped emotions. The release of these trapped emotions brings healing on all levels, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Chakra Balancing: Rejuvenate and Balance
Connect the mind and body by Cleansing and Balancing the energy centers.
Chakras are the body’s energy centers, located in the Astro body along the spine, starting at the base and running up toward the crown of the head. These energy centers relate to our well-being’s specific spiritual, emotional, psychological, and physical aspects. If one of these chakras is out of balance or not aligned, it will affect these areas of our body on all levels.
Chakra balancing helps uplift, balance, and align the different chakra points in our body. If your chakras are out of balance, a person may feel tired or sluggish, stuck in a negative emotional spin, or their physical body feels blocked or in pain in the area that corresponds to the specific chakra.
This treatment will give you information on the different chakras. You also will know which ones are not in balance or aligned and why. You will understand why it’s not in balance and learn how to prevent that in the future.
Combining healing stones, energy work, and intuitive healing helps balance and restore the body’s seven main chakras, bringing healing and relief.

Reflexology: Detox
Cleanse, detox, and relieve pain in your inner body.
Reflexology is an ancient Chinese practice that focuses on specific reflex points or pressure points on the hands, feet, and ears that relieve pain, stress, and toxins from the different parts of the body. These reflex points correspond to specific organs of your body and bodily systems, and by pressing on these points, the pressure stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system.
What can you expect from reflexology? While lying down on a warm massage table, I will massage and apply pressure points to your feet and, if needed, hands. These pressure points in your feet and hands correspond to the different body parts and organ systems. This experience is almost like giving your internal body a massage.
By working on all these points, the reflexologist addresses internal organs, glands, muscle groups, bones, and nervous systems in the body. The client may feel lighter and calmer and experience pain relief in those corresponding areas in their body. If a person has a specific place in the body that causes pain or discomfort, that pressure point may receive a more extended massage to bring relief to that particular area.

Gong Bath with Crystal Singing Bowls
A Gong bath is a vibrational healing tool that dates back to ancient civilizations. Gong baths are active meditation where you bathe in sound healing vibrations. The reference to “bath'” is due to the participant’s immersion in these vibrations.
The vibrations from the Gongs and crystal singing bowls vibrate and reach specific hertz that correlate to the energy hertz vibrations in our bodies. The crystal singing bowls attune with the same energetic vibration as your different chakras. As these vibrations occur, the energies in our bodies shake or vibrate and release energy that is pent-up in our bodies. As a result, people can experience a form of relaxation, emotional release, pain release, or a feeling of being lighter. Each class will resonate differently for each person.
Join me as you experience a healing journey through the vibrations and sounds of the Gongs and crystal singing bowls.
As you begin this journey, we will lead you through meditation with a set intention to focus on during the healing experience. The Gongs and crystal singing bowls will follow. All you have to do is lie down, relax, and allow the healing to begin.
Together, we will raise your vibration to promote physical and emotional healing. All you need is an open heart and an open mind.
